Who am I?

My name is Matteo and I am a consultant who will happily guide you through the various steps of building your new life in Abruzzo and Molise.
I was born abroad and moved to Italy in 2006. During my first years in Italy, I lived in Venice, and then I decided to change my life; in 2015, I bought a house in a small village in Abruzzo.
At the beginning, I didn’t know anyone at all here and so no known contacts. I was very inexperienced, and it was very difficult to find the right house, in the right place, and then to renovate it.
I made many mistakes along the way and wasted a lot of money due to my lack of experience and the absence of a guide who could properly advise me on how to manage each phase. Over the years, I encountered hundreds of foreigners who either bought or tried to buy a house here. By talking with them, I realized there was a real need for someone to guide and support them in making their dream of living in these two beautiful regions a reality, in the most relaxed and organized way possible. What I always remind people I meet is: remember that you are foreigners in a foreign land, and therefore you must be very cautious and have a trusted local person by your side.
My goal is precisely to offer the experience I have accumulated over the years and to help you avoid the most common mistakes that many people make.
My job is to protect you and advise you in the best way possible, assisting you especially in the phases where you will need it the most.
